We are searching for an After Sales Manager - Porsche Importer (m/f) - location Zagreb
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results driven After Sales Manager to lead the After Sales operations across our Porsche network. This position is instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with Porsche standards, and optimizing business performance in alignment with regional strategies.
As the After Sales Manager, you will oversee service operations, parts and accessories sales, and customer service initiatives, while guiding and supporting the dealership in achieving ambitious objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the After Sales strategy to maximize market potential, turnover, and customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with Porsche After Sales standards, manage recall and service campaigns, and oversee network performance.
Dealer Network Steering: Monitor dealer activities, provide support through regular visits, and ensure alignment with Porsche processes and standards. Set annual targets and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Customer Commitment: Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, resolve escalated concerns, and ensure long-term customer loyalty through targeted measures.
Budget & Performance Management: Plan, monitor, and report on After Sales business performance and maintain
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree (or higher) with a strong technical or business background.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail or automotive wholesale, including management roles.
In-depth knowledge of the local automotive market and business environment, including customer expectations.
Superior understanding of After Sales KPI’s and their usage in evaluating market and network performance
Strong analytical, organizational, and management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
Advanced MS Office skills and flexibility to travel as required.
