After Sales Support Specialist (Porsche Importer) (m/f)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented After Sales Support Specialist to enhance our After Sales operations. You will ensure full compliance with Porsche standards while driving operational excellence, technical support, and continuous improvement across all service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to the dealer network for efficient issue diagnosis and repair
- Warranty Management: Manage warranty and goodwill claims, ensuring compliance and cost control in alignment with manufacturer guidelines.
- Audit: Conduct regular audits of dealer warranty claims, processes, equipment and special tools to ensure compliance, identify potential inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Spare Parts: Coordinate the availability and timely distribution of spare parts related to recalls and service campaigns to ensure legal and safety compliance.
- Product & Technical Information: Communicate product and technical updates to ensure dealer technicians and service staff are well-informed and capable of maintaining high service standards
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) with a technical background
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail or automotive wholesale, including technical support
- In-depth technical knowledge of automotive systems and after sales processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
- Advanced MS Office skills and flexibility to travel as required
